The Sovereign Council Meeting (SCM) is held every two years, alternating between a European location and a North American one. Their goal is to allow for the members of Sovereign Council to decide on business of the Sovereign Order for the coming years. In addition, the meeting provides an amazing opportunity for members from across the globe to get to know each other.
